Here’s how I make it:

1. Wash the saagu with some boiling water for a few minutes. Drain the water.

2. Then, add the saagu, sugar and condensed milk and heat it at low temperature until bubbles appear.

3. You can add raa’nbaa faiy, tholhi while you stir.

4. Once the bubbles appear, off the stove and leave it to cool.
